Delete Account

You may request deletion of your Youthvent account and associated personal data by contacting Youthvent Support from the email address registered with your account.

Please include:

Your full name

Registered email address

Phone number, if applicable

A clear request to delete your account

Send your request to: [info@byyouthvent.com]

After verifying your identity, Youthvent will delete or anonymize eligible account information. Certain booking, ticket, payment, refund, check-in, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legally required records may be retained for the applicable retention period.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your tickets, orders, favourites, wallet information, and other account services.
